Kaitlyn Desnoyers began dancing early in life and continued competitive training at DanceR Studio since the age of 9. During her time as a competitive student, Kaitlyn enjoyed learning many forms of dance including Jazz and Musical Theatre as her favorite styles. In 2017, she was awarded the Above & Beyond award for her positive attitude and work ethic. Kaitlyn began assistant teaching for DRS while in high school. She is a student educator assistant at a daycare and is currently attending Algonquin College for Early Childhood Education.

Kaitlyn has always grown up with a love and passion for working with young children. She has always worked with children in various ways such as helping her mother at her in-home daycare, Co-op placement at elementary schools and babysitting. Kaitlyn loves seeing children learn new things and the excitement that it brings! Kaitlyn is excited to be back with her DRS family and looks forward to sharing her gift and love of dance with the next generation of dancers!
