Jazz is a fun, high energy dance form. Focusing on strong technical foundation, style, and performance aspects of dance, jazz class begins with a warm-up designed to stretch and lengthen the muscles while strengthening the core which is a key element essential to executing many basic jazz moves. Classes include across the floor exercises. A variety of steps including jumps, leaps, turns and kicks are taught in class, and are integrated into an upbeat routine. This always popular class ranges in time length depending on age and level.
